Dignus Medical seeks out and supplies candidates for shorter and longer temporary positions. We satisfy requirements when the organisation’s own workforce is insufficient, e.g. in the case of holidays, absence due to sickness or temporary work stoppages.
Our network is very extensive and covers physicians active in the majority of specialist areas. Many of the doctors who work on a relay basis also return to us periodically and possess very high competence, most being specialists at senior physician level.
The client contracts the candidates that are required while we carry out quality assurance on the candidates in several stages and assume all the employer’s responsibilities. This implies that Dignus Medical handles all the administrative tasks involved and the client – frequently a hospital – in its turn is able to concentrate on its core activities.
