MBA, a long leader and entrepreneurial experience, has been CEO of Unitec group, Bugatti AS, Dignus AS, and others. Has had a number of board positions as a board member or chairman of 28 years. Has been chairman of Dignus 1998-2008, Dignus Medical from the establishment in 2005 until 2009 have worked as a consultant in change processes, climate analysis and turnaround of the company. The work of headhunting of managers and specialists since 1997, and physician recruitment through Dignus Medical since 2005 in Norway and Sweden. Tor-Egil is co-funder and has been an active key player in the development of the different concepts since the establishment.

Educated Cand.phil in humanora and has also studied business administration and organizational strategies. Has worked several years as marketing and export consultant and for 10 years held various leading roles within the medical technical industry. Carolina has twelve years of combined management experience in sales and marketing where she also has had recruitment and personnel responsibility.
Board Member: Harry Solomon Klein
Started his career in sales at various levels. Later worked in finance as sales manager, marketing manager and served as CEO for several companies in the GE Capital Group. 5 years experience in the recruitment of specialist and management positions as well. Co-funder in Dignus Medical concept and has been a key player in developing the concept as a board member of Norway.
