Dignus Medical is a recruitment company that specialises in recruiting physicians and health service managers. The concept derives from our parent company that has operated for many years within the field of management recruitment and headhunting.
To meet our clients’ more acute requirements of an unforeseen character we also help with temporary solutions in the form of so-called relay doctors who may be hired on a short-term or long-term basis. A common feature of our recruitment and staffing process is that we always exercise great care in those we choose, operating in accordance with the selection principle - even where the field of selection is narrow. In this way, we have developed a large network of extremely well-qualified physicians and managerial candidates with whom we are in contact with on a regular basis. We enjoy very good relations with our clients; indeed for several Swedish county councils we also operate as general supplier of medical specialist services and in the evaluation of candidates as well as through the provision of consultation services. We work across a broad spectrum of specialisations, covering inpatient care as well as primary care and psychiatry. We are parties to a number of framework agreements relating to both the staffing and recruitment of specialist physicians.
Our Swedish and Norwegian sister companies maintain close contact and collaboration in respect of candidates.
In order to meet the need for candidates we have also established an office in Bratislava which assists us with the provision of qualified candidates from Europe as a whole.
Dignus Medical is a Norwegian privately owned enterprise encompassing several companies. It was founded on the basis of the Dignus concept that was launched in Oslo in 1999.
